Unable to add perks via self service

Recently changed to a new plan via self service and now I cant seem to add the free perk which got dropped off when changing the plan. I believe this is a known bug.  Please assist

Hi there,

yes you’re correct this has been happening lately. I will flag a rep for you to assist, they just need to know which perk you would like and the last 2 digits of the line you would like it added to and they can give it a try.

If you can answer that, I can give them a nudge. 🙂

You’ll want to try a few more things that haven’t been covered yet. First, close your browser completely after clearing your cache and cookies instead of just refreshing the page. You could also try a completely different network by switching from wifi to mobile data or the other way around. It might also help to wait 24 to 48 hours for the system to sync up before you try again.

Thanks for your reply. Actually tried those already and didnt work (waited 24 hours as thought it would need time)

Hello ​@tarikmhm We’ve attempted to add the $0 3-day Easy Roam International perk to your line and we’re experiencing the same issue you mentioned. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

Hi I recently joined Koodo from Telus and already starting to regret it. I cannot add the free perk that they state I should get. I’ve been trying to add the rollover as my perk but no matter what it never works. It says it will add it and it’s confirmed but never does. I tried mobile,  edge, chrome and Brave but will not add it. I also called and spoke to an agent that said they input it which also didn’t work. Can someone please flag my account to have this fixed. I’m almost at the point where i’m so frustrated i’m just going back to Telus.

After you spoke to the rep they didn't give you an alternate solution? They just said it didn't work and they hung up??? 

 

Have you tried selecting a different perk?
