Unable to add my free perk

I just created my Koodo Monthly porting over my number from Public Mobile and I am unable to add the free perk. I would like the rollover data.

Hi there,

This is a common issue that happens sometimes when trying to add a perk. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies, using a different browser / device, or using an incognito tab to add the perk? Sometimes this helps.

If those haven’t worked, have you tried contacting a rep through koodo’s expert messaging via Koodo assist? They will be able to add the perk for you and are available 9am to 7pm local time on weekends. I recommend you reach out through there first as response times here can vary. If it doesn’t work, let us know.

Not a great first experience. The next step I guess as to submit some form and wait. As A Telecom engineer I must say I’m not impressed. This is directly from pressing the Koodo postpaid button in the Public App and doing the port based on the perks and plan details that it says you will get and then getting stuck for hours during the process. Hmmm what would I recommend when asked? An extra few dollars a month with Bell?
