Unable to add free perk

I have recently added a second line to my account, which should come with a free perk. While it prompts me to choose one, I consistently get an error message when trying to add it (have tried for several weeks). Trying to add rollover data.

Hi there,

this has been an error lately that Koodo has been looking into. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser, or using an incognito tab to add the perk?

if those don’t work I can flag a rep on this platform to see if they can add the perk for you.

I have tried that, and tried on different computers.

I will flag a rep for you on here to assist. Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to take a look. Note that response times can vary. They will respond here as I have.

While you wait, please let us know the last two digits of the line you want the perk added too as they will need to know. 🙂

Hello ​@Laoldar We verified and we were able to add the Rate plan included Rollover Data Perk on the line ending in 81. You will be able to see it in the Self Serve account within 5-10 minutes.
