Unable to add free perk

Hi I’m new customer and trying to change my perk but keep giving me an error to connect with a rep.

I need to change my perk

We’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your ***-*6*-**** line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hi ​@L4n, we can try to change the perk for you. Please let us know what new perk you wanted to activate and if this is for the ***-*6*-**** line or the ***-*9*-**** line.

yes please I would like to change ***-*6*-**** perk from 5g speed boost to Roll-Over Data

Hi ​@L4n, the 5G Speed Boost perk has already been replaced by the Rollover Data perk for your ***-*6*-**** line. You should be able to confirm this in your online account. 

The perk has been provisioned and as the bill cycle has changed in the meantime, it is now active for the line. You will be able to see the rollover allowance added to your data bucket starting with your next bill cycle.

Ok because I just checked it and it still says 5G Speed Boost.  I just want to ensure Rollover Data is confirmed. Thanks,

Ok I checked again today and still Rollover Data perk is not active its still on 5G speed boost which I want changed. Please this still has yet to be done for  ***-*6*-**** line.

Hello ​@L4n  We verified and the perk is already provisioned. As you are still seeing the old perk in the Self Serve account, we forwarded the details to our dedicated team in order to further investigate the situation. It usually takes 2-3 business days to update.
