Hi I’m new customer and trying to change my perk but keep giving me an error to connect with a rep.

I need to change my perk

We’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your ***-*6*-**** line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hi ​@L4n, we can try to change the perk for you. Please let us know what new perk you wanted to activate and if this is for the ***-*6*-**** line or the ***-*9*-**** line.

yes please I would like to change ***-*6*-**** perk from 5g speed boost to Roll-Over Data
