I swapped from a physical, prepaid sim card to a post paid esim but I never received a QR code or email activation. My physical sim was suspended and I cannot access cellular networks.

Which phone are you currently using? Did you receive an email from Koodo with instructions to set up your eSIM? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers
I am using a pixel 6a which the same phone I had my prepaid plan on. I never received an email with instructions on how to set up my esim
Because koodo swapped my phone number from my old prepaid SIM to my new one, I cannot call/text/use data on my phone.
