trouble adding free monthly perk
This is an ongoing issue (over a year).
If you are having trouble, try to add a different perk and then add the perk you want again.
If that doesnt work, then let us know the perk you want and on which line (if you have multiple lines on your account), and make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account and we can flag a rep to make the change for you.
