I added a 14 day travel pass for a visit to the UK via the self-serve option. I received an email saying that I’d purchased extra data, etc.
I am now in the UK and have received an email saying that I am using easy roam and will be charged $18/day. I’ve checked my account and I see no mention of the travel pass, nor any charge of $50 for the pass.
I tried to add it again today but I still see no mention of it on my account. I tried the agent/AI help but it was no use at all.
Why is this so confusing?
Please help.
