travel pass never activated

I thought I activated a US travel pass via self serve and have been using my phone as normal while travelling, but now I see that I have been charged daily for roaming instead of the one time fee. I see a lot of people on here having the same issue - is there a fix to this?

Hi there,

yes this seems to be a common issue lately. koodo currently are looking into the issue. The fix is usually to have a rep add the pass for you. Can you confirm how you originally purchased the pass (via a text or through self serve) and did you receive a confirmation after you ordered it?

Some have had luck purchasing via texting 7626 as opposed to adding it through self serve. Besides that, if you message a rep through koodo’s expert messaging, they can add the pass for you and discuss the incurred charges. They’re available 9am to 9pm local time during the week.
