Switched to a new 4G plan

I recently switched my old plan to a 4G plan that had almost double the GB limit. I switched the plans via self serve and I have not been able to access/use data since.

I also used willmyphonework.net to double check there was no issue with compatibility, I have a OnePlus 5T, and there seems to be no issues.

Can anyone assist?

Make sure your APN info is correct

Thank you for the reply!

I double checked the APN settings and I followed the android steps/items to update. I saved the settings and did the typical turn off, wait a few minutes, and turn back on again.

No change to the data access.

Is there any other items in the APN settings that I may need to change that are not provided in the link? Such as:

1. APN Protocol (set to IPv4)

2. Server (set to 'Not Set')

Any other ideas?

The frequency may not be compatible after all.

It looks like compatibility shouldn't be an issue

On my phone:

1. APN protocol is set to IPv4

2. Server is set to Not Set

But you can play around with the APN protocol to see if IPv4/6 works
