Can you post the link to the page where you are seeing that? Student offers spell out who qualifies in the fine print right on the offer, and that is where a high school vs post secondary requirement would show up.

On the phone side, the plan you end up on is whichever ones are available to you at the time of purchase. I would build the order with the Certified Pre-Owned phone you want and see if that plan comes up as an option before you check out. If it doesn't show, a Koodo store can confirm what the offer is tied to.

Note that if you’re looking to get a plan for a high school student, in order to sign up for a postpaid plan with Koodo and any provider, the account holder has to be the age of majority in the province you’re setting up the services in. A high school student won’t commonly be this age of majority so just keep this in mind that they won’t be able to setup their own account.
