The payment went through I can see the transaction on my bank but on the website it won’t activate

What do you mean it wont activate?  What error or message are you seeing?

Did you get the Stream+ sign up email?

I got an email saying my payment was unsuccessful but I was charged the 25

I would reach out to your bank to confirm if they can see if there is an issue.

 

Do you also have postpaid wireless service with Koodo?

No just stream+, and my bank is closed so I was seeing if there was a quicker option

Hi ​@Costab99, there is a ‘Purchase incomplete’ error message for your Stream+ subscription. We can’t see the charge for today so the payment was likely attempted but your financial institution rejected it.

We’d recommend getting in touch with them to check if everything is ok with the credit card in question and trying to activate the service again.
