Stream+ Basic Amazon Prime activation issue

Question

I’m paying for Stream+ Basic and it’s listed as a Subscription in my Self-Serve but Amazon Prime isn’t activated or connected or whatever.  Netflix and Disney are working.  When I hit “Launch” on the Stream+ Basic Subscription listed on my account it takes me to Amazon but will not recognize that I have Prime, it asks me to subscribe to Prime for $9.99/mo.  Can I get some guidance for how to activate this?  Thank you.

Hi ​@VeronWas it like this since you signed up from Stream+ or this changed recently?When you signed up for Stream+, have you linked your existing Amazon Prime account?
