I recently got stream+ added to my account and it said that it included telus TV as well. I currently live in Newfoundland, is that offer region specific? Or is Telus TV available to me here with stream +?

Is it possible to use Optik TV app?
Optik seems to be only for Quebec, Alberta, and BC residents. So that would be no in your case.
