@Tracy Lynn Forsyth  You can certainly watch without any limits on the content.  On your big screen TV, a tablet running off your wi-fi connection. You can certainly watch it on your phone to whether connected to wi-fi (doesn’t used your data in your plan) or if no wi-fi just through you plan’s data. Does this help?
