SOLVED Koodo cancelled my phone number without my permission. 8

I got the mail that I had cancelled my phone number? I didn’t call or long in to text any message to Koodo. Why cancel my phone number? If I did anything is it suppose to confirm with me ? Not just cancelled directly right??
