To add the Smart + bundle , I would need to wait till the first of next month to cancel Netflix and Prime from my cable provider?

    You don't have to, but I would highly recommend that all you subscriptions are expired first. Then sign up for stream+. 

     

    This way if there are any issues or glitches it would be a cleaner fix
