I recently had my cracked screen replaced at MobileKlinic, I had forgot I have device care. Can I still get reimbursed for the repair or a portion of it?

That depends. With device care, repairs are in fact done through the MobileKlinic so you may have already paid the rate that is charged to someone who has device care. This would depend on who you dealt with at the MobileKlinic and if they looked you up to see if you were device care eligible. You should reach out to Asution to see if they can issue any refunds or if you were charged the regular rate over the cheaper device care deductible.
Some more information about your device care though, you can have the screen repaired an unlimited amount of times within a 12-month period, so they will be able to repair it as many times as you like at the deductible cost and not the full replacement cost. You can also replace the device fully twice in a 12-month period if it is beyond repair, but it will be for the max deductible.
