I received a few weeks ago but was moving so just unboxed last night. No sim card. This was a call to sell to me. Said would ready to go. I have torn the box apart. Absolutely No sim card. What an I suppose to do? Help appreciated
If you happen to be a Koodo customer already then you can just put your Koodo card from your old phone into your new one.
Edit: sorry never mind, I missed that you were referring to a tablet.
When you login to your self serve do you see the tablet line there?
THe last time someone posted about a missing sim card, it slid under one of the box flaps. I know you mentioned that you tore into the box after a move. Can you re-verify that the sim didnt get hidden by the box or debris?
I can testify that the tablet SIM card was stuck under the bottom inner flap of the shipping box for the Samsung Tab A7 Lite delivered to me. Hope you found yours before discarding the box.
