I have a Canada–US–Mexico plan. I'm currently in Mexico, and my Samsung shows Emergency calls only. Telcel is the only network appearing in manual network selection, and it says my SIM card does not allow connection to this network. Please check my roaming provisioning and network registration.

Can you login to your self serve account and turn on easy roam. Adding Easy roam will add any roaming provisions that may be needed.
If you have a US-Mex-Can plan you wont be charged for Mexico roaming even with Easy roam added, so dont worry.
