What happens if I remove add-on: Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance ?
Does that simply stop/block outgoing long distance calls from happening?

+4It would only block outgoing calls to international number except numbers starting with the country code +1
So, technically without the addon you can still call US numbers.
