Recently purchased an iPad Pro, and was surprised to go to the Koodo store and be told that I cannot get a tablet plan without purchasing a tablet from Koodo on top of the iPad I already have. Am I missing something? Is there any way to get a tablet plan added to my existing postpaid Koodo account? Very disappointed!
Unless it changed, it isn't supposed to be a problem as an existing customer. I'll flag a Rep to confirm the policy

Unfortunately not. The rep at the Koodo store is correct.

That’s really unfortunate to hear, especially since Koodo is the only one of the “flanker brands” that does not have iPads for sale. Although up to now I’ve been a happy Koodo customer, I will consider other options for my cellphone and data needs moving forward since Koodo is putting barriers up to using their service for otherwise willing and eager customers.
