please fix plan

Switched from public mobile to koodo yesterday for attached offer but checkout didn't complete and agent applied wrong plan to my account . Please fix to attached 29$ plan. Getting run around probably already around 4 to 5 hours of 'support' in

Hey, this is customer forum, we didn’t have access to the latest promotion from Public mobile. Can you share more the detail about your case? all I saw as of now are screenshot of 2 different plans. Which plan are you on?

Hi Dinh  im supposed to be on the $29 plan on the left with koodo, I was previously on the $29 plan on the right with public mobile (yesterday). Either plan would be acceptable. However the 65$ plan the agent applied to my account is not acceptable

The scheduled call back time has past and I did not receive a call. What number should I call?

They should have called three times. If you still do not receive anything within an hour or two, you will likely need to schedule another callback through Koodo Assist. https://Koo.do/Chat

When you request a callback there should be a text that says the call is coming. Did you get that? 

 

Did you also check to make sure koodo's number is not blocked?
