Hi there, can you please enable voLTE for my phone. I have Realme 5 pro phone, the manufacture said “Please contact your network operator to activate the VoLTE function as all the realme devices support VoLTE.” I have very bad connection with Koodo mobile, talked to tech support few times couple of years ago about this problem without any success… It’s kind painful when you can not call from your own home and no one can call you! The only way I can call to someone when I am use Whatsapp…. Now I find out about WiFi calls and contacted my phone manufacture they said to contact network operator……

Unfortunately, the Realme 5 Pro is not on Koodo’s list of compatible devices for VoLTE or Wi-Fi Calling. The device may support LTE, however, the manufacturer fails to mention that the network operator must support the device.
Check on this site to see if your device is supported by entering your phone’s IMEI number. Click on the heading, “Check if your phone is supported.” Dial *#06# to obtain your phone’s IMEI number.

Given the great variety phones and models there is a very, very slight chance that adding VoLTE to your account, notwithstanding the incompatibility suggestion of your phone, may improve things. We have added the feature, pls restart the device and monitor over the next day if you see any improvement. Pls let us know here if anything changes. If not, we often have offers for existing customer to upgrade their phones.

And if it still doesn’t work, I’d look into getting a more compatible phone. Realme does make nice phones but it’s not very useful if it has bad call quality in Canada. There aren’t the same sales there was for Black Friday and Boxing Day though.
