plan update

I picked a new plan, $50 for 12GB but I was only given 8GB. The receipt says 12GB and when I click into my account it says 12GB but when I look at my usage it says 8GB. How can I get what I ordered?

It’s because your first data allotment is prorated. See also https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration

From the next billing cycle onward you’ll have the full amount of data at your disposal :)
