When i switched to koodo the sale rep said its $25 plan for 80gb after auto-pay but on self-serve the plan shows me as 40$?

Hi ​@Abhey, the plan is $40 but you are getting a pre-authorized payment discount, $10/month, more information here and a $5 bill credit for 24 months. You can confirm the credit on your Customer Service Agreement as well.

You should see both credits reflected starting with your first bill, here is more information on the charges you can expect.

    When and where did you register for it? Many promotion plans have several discounts (auto pay credit, monthly credit) to bring the normal price down from $40 to $25

      I didn't see the plan online. That promotion might be a special at the store only.

      Did you have another screenshot or any document kept as a proof that the plan existed?

        Please, I want to Change my current plan to less one because I have installed WiFi in my house and I can't see any plan below $50 per month. 

        I want a plan that I around $30 per month because I will not need more data henceforth.

        Are you currently having a phone on Tab with Koodo? If that is the case, your option to change your plan is limited to available plans in Self-Serve.

        I just want to reduce my plan but what is showing is $50 per month as minimum

        It is like that since Koodo structured their plan to start at $50 ($40 after credit for PAP) during the non-promotional pricing. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/rate-plans?

        If you really want to investigate more, you can schedule a call back from a Koodorep atp www.koodo.com/chat and ask a rep to look into it. Nothing is guaranteed. Hopefully,lly they can help you.
