Paid photo storage apps like Google Photos subscriptions or other cloud services are often unavailable in Canada because of App Store and Google Play regional restrictions. Developers set these rules to follow local laws, licensing, or business decisions, so it is not a Koodo issue. I am surprised tho, because Google Photos should be available in Canada. What app are we talking about?

You’ll want to look for cloud photo storage options in the app store, as Google One, Amazon Photos, and Flickr all work fine here. Some people try creating an account via a VPN for the US store, but that is risky and could break your subscriptions or billing. Still, you can use web versions like photos.google.com or icloud.com to handle uploads or subscriptions and bypass app limits. If you have a specific app in mind, let me know its name and the error you are seeing. 

That would be dependent on the app and the app store that you use and what it beleives the country you’re currently in.

 The koodo side of things would not affect this. If you used a VPN to change the country you’re in to one that would allow you to download the app, it should allow you to download it.
