Does the unlimited international long distance perk also include texting? It is unclear if my poan includes texting to the US or not. How do I find out?

Your current plan doesn’t include international texting.
The Unlimited Long distance Pack perk includes calling to the included countries, texting is not included.
You should be able to add a free perk but also other perks at extra cost.
