I’ve been trying to add the free 3-day international data roaming perk to my monthly plan, but when it confirms it and says it sent a confirmation email, I don’t get the email.

Hi ​@donko, we’ve attempted to add the $0 3-Day Easy Roam International perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Hi there,

just to confirm a detail, after it is supposedly added, after you check self-serve again does it show the perk is now a part of the plan?

Are you able to add a different perk, get the confirmation, and then switch to the 3-day international roaming perk? Others have found this work around to do the trick. Adding perks has been a common system issue lately.
