Ontarian with Quebec number: Can I switch to Koodo and keep my phone number?

My wife and I started with another carrier when we lived in Quebec. We’ve kept those number when we moved to Ontario in 2020. We’d like to switch to Koodo. Can we keep/transfer our Quebec numbers to Koodo even though they are QC number and we live in ON?

Hi there,

this shouldn’t be a problem as long as you have the account number from your current provider, your address does not affect your ability to keep a number. I hope this helps 👍
