I want to change one of my phone plans to sms and call only, but the cheapest option that i can change to has internet and it costs 45$! Even more than what i pay now. Is there a plan that has only sms and calls and costs only 20-25$?

If you don't have a tab and no plan to upgrade your phone anytime soon, then you can check a prepaid plan.
