I’ve switched 2 lines to Koodo last week. Turned out second line can’t make calls, send/receive text messages. I’ve made research → checked number’s transfer status and saw that it was canceled. It doesn’t let me to initiate transfer either. Scheduled callback with KOODO and they didn’t call me back. Very poor customer service. If I don’t get help ASAP, I will be going somewhere else.
