i’m in China with intl easy roam, intl voice roam and intl data roam, not able to make calls to the numbers in canada

Hi there @qyul  We have looked into your account, you were missing the International-Pay-Per-Use add-on on the line ending by *088. We have added the missing add-on, please restart your device and you should be able to use your device with Easy-Roam.
