Not blocked. Trying to get to loyalty/retentions department. Called another number. Been on hold for 15mins now...

Did you receive a text confirming any call back from Koodo? You mention  “another number”,  which  number is it? 

Regarding the call to loyalty department, what was the issue? you might ask here as well.
