On the newest line I just added to my account (same email address used for this account), VoLTE is not an active or available add-on. The phone being used for that account is a hand-me-down Pixel 4XL I gave my daughter, which was originally purchased through Koodo. I’ve seen a few threads here where a rep was able to add VoLTE to accounts with a similar problem. If that could be done for us, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you 😀
