I paid my tab off and I see online that there is a $39 a month 20GB plan if you bring in your own phone. I wanted to do it online, to waive the $50 fee and just keep my sim and phone and just switch to that plan but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it.

Unfortunately like Sophia said, the $39 20gb plan is for new activations. You could request a callback via koodo assist to request it but there is no guarantee
