Need to unblock data

So I have two numbers on one account.  One for me and one for my son.

He’s run out of data and need a one time addition for this month.  He’s data is currently blocked.  He can’t get the add on because he’s not the account holder. When I log into the portal I see that his data is blocked and it asks me if I want to add data.  I select the amount and hit add.  Then the loading wheel turns and nothing happens.

How to solve this?

I’ve tried to use the self sever and “expert chat” features and honestly they make me want to quit Koodoo. It’s infuriating.

You can try clearing browser cache and if that doesn't work the private/incognito tab of your browser to see if that makes a difference. Let us know if it still doesn't work

Assuming it went through, did your son restart his phone? Did you refresh your screen to see if the data amount has been updated on the usage tab? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/monitoring-your-data-self-serve
