I’m trying to switch from a prepaid plan to a post paid plan so that I can roam while abroad in Europe but to do so I need to link my accounts which requires a callback. I can’t callback because Prepaid plans don’t have service abroad. Is there someone I can email in order to access my account? I also haven’t been able to receive a text to transfer my phone number over to the postpaid account because, again, I can’t access my phone number while abroad (the whole reason why i’m trying to switch)

This unfrtunately might well prevent you from being able to set it up. You’d best get a postpaid plan setup and use an esim. But indeed you won’t be able to receive any MFA. It might be an option to get help from family in Canada to setup a line for you, but your prepaid line won’t be getting any texts to confirm porting over while you’re out of country.
You can also setup a VOIP line with a service like Fongo to receive the callback to speak with a rep. I suggest you look into this option if you are not traveling with friends or family with access to a Canadian phone number
It depends on if you completed the activation process and just opted to not moveyour number or not. Did you receive any emails form Koodo on registering service or an activation email? Did you select esim delivery or sim card delivery? That sort of thing?
You might well consider esim roaming services if you need to roam this time. There’s dozens of them at this point and if you have an elite credit card of some sort, more and more of them offer 1-2 free world roaming plans with some data. Then for the future when you’re back in Canada, you can complete the switch over to postpaid if you still wish to.
