I got a new iPhone 13, I activated my sim and plan to the phone I’m currently using (iPhone I tried putting my SIM in my new phone and my service won’t work on it. Do I need to phone customer service? Or go to where I got my plan?

I’m a new customer to Koodo yes, been using Kodoo for 3 months now
Ok so if you were using koodo for 3 months on an iPhone 8, you can just take the sim from the iPhone 8 and put it in the iPhone 13.
No need to activate anything.
In general sim cards can be put in any phone anytime you want. The line follows the card. You can do this with any phone, and it doesn’t matter if it’s from Koodo or not.
