My plan includes 20GB, but when I go to check my usage it shows what I've used out of 18GB. Anyone know why?

So, yeah, it would be proration. You were lucky you changed your plan so close to your billing cycle :) You’ll get the full allotted amount from next cycle onwards.

Yes I did. The plan was for 20, when I click on my plan details it says 20. When I click on my current usage it shows xx/18. And the robot chat told me my plan was 18 when I went through that. I've scheduled a callback
