My plan includes 20GB, but when I go to check my usage it shows what I've used out of 18GB. Anyone know why?

My plan includes 20GB, but when I go to check my usage it shows what I've used out of 18GB. Anyone know why?

Did you recently change your plan?

Yes I did. The plan was for 20, when I click on my plan details it says 20. When I click on my current usage it shows xx/18. And the robot chat told me my plan was 18 when I went through that. I've scheduled a callback 

So, yeah, it would be proration. You were lucky you changed your plan so close to your billing cycle 🙂 You’ll get the full allotted amount from next cycle onwards.
