Hi @shmerica

If your partner has his own account at the moment, it is not possible to switch his line from his account to your account via self serve.

A transfer of ownership might be possible in this case with a rep over the phone. More info can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/transfer-of-ownership-town

It is important to note that there is a $75 fee for the transfer of ownership.

There is a way to avoid this, but it is a bit of a hassle. If your partner does not need to keep his plan, he can simply move out to Koodo Prepaid, Public Mobile, or another carrier and port back to Koodo Postpaid on your account. There will be exclusive deals during Black Friday, so you can consider this option.

There is really no benefit (from Koodo) to move your partner’s account under yours (no discounts, no bonus features).  I really wouldnt recommend it.  Plus independent accounts when possible are less messy, if there is a need to separate them in the future (for whatever reasons).

I agree with Dennis. You need to pay the transfer of the ownership to add his line under you. Then you will be responsible for paying bill for 2 lines.  But, you can monitor his phone usage through self serve ( I don't know that is benefits for you and him both)

Then like Dennis said, if you want to remove his line I n the future, then another transfer of the ownership charge will be occurred.
