Monthly Perks - Account shows they're added but isnt working

I have a family plan. My sons account, he opted for Data rollover for his monthly perk but Data never rolls over. When I log into my account, it shows that it is enabled for his profile but I keep getting prompted to pick a perk. Can someone assist me with this please?

If it is showing in the list of add-ons, it would have been added onto his account. That means the Perk is working as intended.

It should be noted that the rollover data is only used once he finishes up his data limit for the billing cycle. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/services/pickyourperk

How long has your son had the perk for? Did he recently change to this perk or have you had it for a while?

Also, you mention that it shows as “enabled” for his line. Do you see the rollover data perk for his line in his plans add ons? If so the perk should be active. You can check the addons by following the steps in the link. To confirm when you check, do you see the perk there? As it sounds like the perk was not added and he doesn’t have it where it is prompting you to choose a perk.
