My wife and I are on the exact same plan and have been for a couple years. I have a lot of plan options to put my wife on, but only 1 $60/m option for all tabs for myself. What’s going on here? I tried a callback option but the call just goes to voicemail every time without ringing, so I can’t answer it.

I suggest you check block list in the phone and see if you accidentally blocked Koodo call back number (so it went directly to the voicemail)
