Looking for cheaper plan

I’m searching for more affordable plan than the current one I'm on..

What plan do you have currently?

When you go onto the Koodo website what plans do you see on their webpage?

Also do you have a tab for your phone?  If so, is it paid off yet?

no tab for my phone, I have my own.  I currently pay $55 for my data plan.  I would like to pay less than that.

When I click Change My Plan, I only get more expensive options.  I would like to pay less than $55 per month for my cell phone.

The $40/10GB plan sounds like it would be ideal.  More data and less expensive.  You do not see the $40 plan as an option when you try to change your plan?

I don’t, no.  This is what I’m seeing: 

It doesn’t give an option for $40 or less..

I don’t see the $40 one you recommended when I click the link you provided.  Can you send me a direct link to that particular plan?

If you log out, and use the link I provided above, do you see the list of plans similar to what I posted a screen shot for?

This is NOT logging to your self serve to change plans, because clearly that does not work and it does not show cheaper plans.

Funny enough that worked!

Are you able to connect me with a rep so I can switch my current plan over to the cheaper one?

Is the $40/10GB the plan you want, of is there a different plan you see that you would want?

I think the $40 one is closest to what I have now, isn’t it?   This is what else is included in my current plan:

You only get canada wide texting by default but you get to choose between 2 perks and 1 of them is international texting.

Are you unable to change the plan yourself in self-serve that requires a rep to assist?
