I’ve been using the Back-to-school Koodo promotion of $40/month for 10GB, since August 2021. This promotion claimed that this rate is available to me for up to 24 months. 

However, I was suddenly told that starting from my July 2022 cycle, my plan rate would increase by $5/month and I would have to pay $45/month before tax.

I understand that phone bills are rising along with other living costs, but what about the terms that you guys promised when I signed up for this plan??? Shouldn’t the raise not apply to the promotion duration of 2 years??? I did not sign up for $40/month for 11 months + $45/month for 13 months. I signed up $40/months for 24 months. This is unfair.

 

Please change my bill to the promotion rate that I initially signed up for.

 

The koodo customer service has been horrible, and I have been unable to reach any helpful agent. The chats have been useless. PLEASE get back to me. Thank you.
