koodo ignored my $60 European roaming add on continued

Last month I contacted koodo about this problem with my European roaming plan from May and Junw not followed and koodo replied that they would remove $60 for May and after June to reconnect. June had European roaming charges as well and shouldn't.   Please fix these over charges.  Thank you.

Let me flag a rep to look into it. It appeared the issues has been identified but Koodo would like to wait for the bill to be generated to resolve it for you.

Did you try to submit a request for a rep to review the charge on your bill? You should be able to do it on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill
