koodo ignored my $60 European roaming add on

Good afternoon,

   Would you kindly check on my account re: activation of my European 30 day travel roaming plan for $60?  I activated the plan from the web site koodomobile app on my phone before leaving to Europe on April 29. I received confirmation showing the doughnut with pink icing and sprinkles, so I assumed everything was done.  I came back from Europe on May 14 and see I was charged $18/ day.  Koodo, please correct this as I paid the Europe 30 day roaming plan.    Thanks.

Hi there,

to confirm, can you check your email associated with your Koodo self-serve account for a confirmation regarding the travel pass after you added it?

You would have received a confirmation of the addition of the new add-on after it successfully added. This may also be in your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, then it is possible that the pass was not added properly.

If the purchase date was April 19th and you travelled until May 14th, you’re correct this would definitely be covered by the 30-day pass for Europe.

Hi ​@Mklip, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and we can see you attempted to add the Travel Pass April 28 but due to a system error it did not activate properly, our apologies for that.

As you were charged per day instead, we’ve added a credit for the difference $198 - $60 (cost of the 30-day Europe Travel Pass), $138 + tax total credit for the May bill charges. 

Please note, the bill will not be re-issued but you can check the updated total in your self-serve.

We can also see there are some pending charges for the next bill, once the June bill is issued, please let us know and we will look into those charges as well.
