I’m trying to add rollover data for my 3 lines for the last 6 months, I think, and always i get this message that I should try in an hour. And the chat is doesn’t help at all.

Do I need to use another browser or the plans are not OK?

There is currently an issue that affects the ability to add/change/remove perks in self serve

I have submitted a request for our team to add Rollover data on each of your three lines (it may take up 7 business days for the perk to be added)
