First you have to be a resident of Alberta, BC, or Quebec to be able to use it. And then I’m not sure that you can log in via Koodo. Near as I understand looking at Telus’s site, you add the streaming services to your optik tv app and then you can use it. I’m not sure that if you’re solely with Koodo that you’re able to use Telus specific apps.
