international calling not enabled

How do i activate international calling? i have the international call package and have looked in the manage add on tab for the option as per the chat bot its there but when I try to make call it says international calling is not enabled , please enable my international calling . i need to contact family back home and cant wait a day for a call back

You’ll want to log into Self Serve, go to Manage Plan and Add-ons, and select Manage Add-ons. You need to add the free Pay Per Use International Long Distance to unlock outbound calls, even if you have a pack like Unlimited Long Distance to 27 countries. Wait 10 to 15 minutes, then restart your phone to fix the not enabled or barred error. Verify the add-on is active and your destination is covered. Dial 011 plus the country code and number. If it is still blocked, test your SIM in another phone. Which country are you calling?

You would need the payperuse international calling add on to make calls to international number. That can only be added at the time of activation or with the help of a rep.

Just so I grasp the issue better, what is the exact error message or behavior when you attempt the call? Does it fail immediately, drop after dialing, give a specific error code, or just fail silently? Second, have you tested from a different device or a borrowed phone to rule out device level configuration? Third, which destination country are you calling because some regions have different routing or carrier agreements that could trigger blocks.

Hi there ​@RanaHimanshu  We verified the account and found that the Pay per use international Long Distance was not present on your number. We added the feature and it should work as of now with your Long distance pack perk. 

Please restart your device and try to make a call. Make sure that the call is to one of the countries included in your perk. Details about the included countries can be found on our help page
