The first thing to check for is goiing into self-serve, to your add-ons, and add “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance” it is a $0 add-on. Wait a few minutes and restart your phone and then you should be ablle to make international calls on that line.

@srbeel Can you pls turn the phone off that’s acting up and power it back up? There was a feature missing for that line (you had it) but we added so it should work now.
